Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team in Zambia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the B2B sector.
  • Prospect for new clients and generate leads within Zambia.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Potentially assist in the preparation of tender documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrable sales success and established network within Zambia.
  • Proven experience in preparing and submitting tenders is highly preferred.
  • A solid understanding of telecom and energy solutions will be considered a significant asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
