AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Relationship Officer – Client Acquisition.

The Relationship Officer – Client Acquisition is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to offer effective services in compliance with the banks policies and procedures.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Client Acquisition – Conduct marketing activities aimed at growing the SME credit portfolio.
• Attract and inform potential and existing clients about products and services offered by the Bank to ensure target fulfilment.
• Monitor and enforce credit repayments.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Related field, ACCA, CIMA and ZICA Diploma equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience the financial sector under sales or credit officer.
• Must know how to work with Excel, Power point and Word
• Must have ZAQA verified academic qualifications.
