purpose

To manage and control the FirstRand Residential and Agricultural Property Valuation regional profit center, ensuring sustainable and competitive growth margins are maintained, in line with the agreed business objectives and service level agreements
experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree in Property
Preferred Qualification – Registered member of the Institute of Valuers
Experience – 3 to 5 years financial industry experience in Property Valuations with at least 3 years management experience

Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability
Ensure that all valuations conducted either internally or by means of independent valuation contractors or vendors are in line with negotiated service level agreements, thereby ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery
Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation
Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
