-Receiving and directing calls and visitors.
-Handling customer inquiries.
-Preparing quotations and processing orders
-Maintaining records and administrative support.
-Following up on client requests.
- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an added advantage)
-Must have the ability to communicate and write English.
-Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
-At least one year experience
