Job Description: Receptionist.

Eureka Air-conditioning a leading HVAC company in Zambia with a newly opened outlet in Lusaka, located near Lewanika Mall in the Chalala area is seeking a computer literate young lady to join the team as a Receptionist. Previous sales experience would be an added advantage, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Emails is essential.

Responsibilities:

– Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, assisting them with their air-conditioning needs.

– Provide product information, offering suitable recommendations based on customer requirements.

– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

– Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving overall department goals.

– Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

– Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications:

– Computer literacy is a must, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Email communication.

– Previous sales experience is desirable, especially in the HVAC or related industry.

– Tertiary education in a similar or related field would be an added advantage.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Self-motivated and target-driven.
