A private limited company is seeking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects and ensuring financial efficiency and value for money.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years proven work experience in quantity surveying
• Registered member of a recognized professional body.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and budgets
• Cost planning, monitoring, and control throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparation and certification of interim valuations and final accounts
• Contract administration and management of variations and claims
• Liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and agreed timelines
