PRODUCT SUPPORT OFFICER VACANCY

Shepco Industrial Supplies Ltd. is seeking to engage a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Electrician to join our dynamic team in Kitwe, Zambia as a PRODUCT SUPPORT OFFICER.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Electrician with minimum 2 years’ experience (preferably in a workshop setting).
• Sales and marketing qualification (added advantage).
• EIZ certification or working towards attaining it.
• Clean light vehicle driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong ethical and moral values.
• Must be located in or around Kitwe, Zambia.
