Our client in Lusaka, is looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team for a job vacancy within the hospitality Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Source quotations and purchase goods and services in line with company procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive prices.
• Monitor inventory and ensure office and hospitality supplies are always available.
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate accommodation, travel, catering, and meeting arrangements.
• Ensure meeting rooms and hospitality areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Resolve supplier or service-related issues promptly.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, administration, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Membership with the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) is an added advantage.
