Job Description:
As a Point of Sale Operator at Thrive Keto Café & Health Shop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will be responsible for efficiently processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the high standards of service that Thrive Keto Café is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

– Accurately process customer orders and payments through the point of sale (POS) system.
– Provide prompt and courteous service to customers during the transaction process.
– Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in giving and receiving change.
– Maintain a secure and organized cash register.
– Stay informed about Thrive Keto Cafe’s menu items, including ingredients and special offerings.
– Assist customers in making informed choices based on their preferences.
– Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
– Keep the POS area clean and organized.
– Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and tidiness in the café.
– Work collaboratively with other café staff to ensure smooth operations.
– Communicate effectively with kitchen and servers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
– Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
– Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
– Prepare daily reports as required by the management.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
