At the heart of Zambia’s edible oil industry, we’re growing fast and are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our sunflower oil production facility, streamline our operations, and help us achieve new levels of efficiency and profitability.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading daily operations of  sunflower oil machines
• Managing sunflower seed inventory, production schedules, and quality control
• Supervising and motivating production staff and warehouse teams
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food processing standards
• Coordinating logistics, delivery, and by-product (sunflower cake) dispatch
• Collaborating with sales to hit production and profitability targets

KEY METRICS YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Production efficiency
Machine uptime (>95%)
Waste minimization & raw material optimization
Inventory accuracy & product quality
On-time delivery and team productivity

WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum  2 years in FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing
Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
Proficiency in production tracking tools and Microsoft Excel
Have know how of ERP systems
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
