Maxlin Enterprise Limited, a trusted Zambian provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Operations & Contracts Manager. The role ensures that the Company meets its operational targets, complies with relevant regulations, and delivers high-quality services across all sites.

Main Duties

Manage all contracts to ensure compliance, quality service delivery, and timely payment support.
Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to Site Managers for efficient service execution.
Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all sites to maintain service excellence.
Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagements, timely responses, and professional follow-ups.
Monitor operational performance, address gaps promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain proper documentation for decision-making and accountability.
Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

Grade 12 Certificate (including Mathematics and English).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
Experience in a service-oriented industry is an added advantage.
