Job Description


We are seeking an energetic and driven online sales professional to join our coaching staff. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in the crypto market and are looking for a smart and safe way to integrate as investors & traders.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads via email, chat, phone and social media to build rapport and to introduce them to our website and services.
  • Qualify leads by listing them to our platform or website for one of our head coaches to contact them and pitch 1 of our pricing routes.
  • Provide detailed information about our offerings, services and educational tools.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns through effective listening and persuasive communication.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Update lead information and status in the CRM system accurately.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and pipeline development (the bonus plan will be provided in an online meeting).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, retention , lead qualification or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidance.
  • Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and drive to evolve in the company.
  • Resilient with the ability to handle rejection positively.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial markets with interest to learn about crypto assets.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing tactics
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
