About the role
The Officer – Compliance supports the compliance of all mobile equipment with statutory requirements in each state and territory in which they operate including ensuring they all are duly registered, insured and licensed in a timely manner and in accordance with statutory time tables.
What you will be doing

Ensuring that all mobile equipment is correctly licensed, registered, insured, etc. for the jurisdiction in which they operate;
Providing ongoing support to OMS by maintaining and operating databases covering the whole mobile fleet, ongoing registrations, licensing and insurance;
Providing support to the AA data base and ensure its efficient operation. In so doing resolve problems that users within OMS may be having in understanding and using the data base;
Providing ongoing advice on the operations and enhancement of all databases to the Assets Team, Fleet Managers and those data bases operated within the Statutory Liaison Department;
Training all users in the operation of the databases and ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities in maintain their sections of the relevant databases;
Training CSRs in their statutory obligations in providing explosives, AN and ANE to all OMS customers;
Providing appropriate support and back-up in ensuring all customers are licensed to receive explosives, AN and ANE from OMS and in so doing ensuring that customers have nominated (in accordance with local statutory requirements) appropriate employees to order and receive these goods on behalf of the customer’s nominated licence holder.
What you will bring
With tertiary or technical qualification – up to 2 years experience post qualification.
Without formal qualifications – up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators.

Role dependent – technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)
