Job Description

WE’RE HIRING

NETWORK TRAINING & ANIMATION SPECIALIST

To enhance partner engagement, improve network performance, and ensure implementation of brand and company standards across all network locations.

LOCATION

Lusaka

REPORTS TO

Retail Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and animate the partner network.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across our retail network.
Implement network engagement marketing initiatives and implement operational excellence.
Deliver training and communication programs.
Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards.
Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise, dealer, distributor, or retail network management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly.
