MINE SURVEYOR

Job Purpose: Conducting accurate surveys of mining operations, maintaining survey control, and ensuring compliance with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform regular pit and underground surveys to provide accurate data for volume computations.
-Establish and monitor primary and secondary survey controls within the mining lease.
-Maintain the integrity of survey computer directories and records.
-Set out mine designs and layouts to guide operations.
-Conduct stockpile surveys for reconciliation and ore stock calculations.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Diploma in Mine, Geomatics, Land, or Engineering Surveying.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mine surveying.
-Registered with the relevant engineering institution.
-Proficiency in survey equipment, systems, and software.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
