𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗕𝗶𝘇 𝗛𝘂𝗯:

Panuka AgriBiz Hub Limited, a subsidiary of Panuka Enterprise Limited, is a startup digital and tech-enabled agricultural extension hub. Our core agribusiness extension tools include the Panuka AgriBiz Hub Learning Platform and the Panuka AgriBiz Hub Directory. The Panuka AgriBiz Learning Platform will soon offer a comprehensive suite of agribusiness courses tailored to the African context, covering ESG-themed business skills, agricultural practices, and technology adoption. The platform will be accessible through a user-friendly app, providing educational resources in both English and major African languages.

The Panuka AgriBiz Directory will serve as a tech-enabled one-stop shop where agribusiness service providers can list their offerings for free access by farmers, facilitating seamless connectivity between farmers and a global network of agribusiness services.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Officer to join our innovative team at Panuka AgriBiz Hub Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our AgriBiz Hub Learning Platform and AgriBiz Directory, increase user engagement, and drive brand awareness across our target audience.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

a) Develop and execute the Panuka AgriBiz Hub Go-to-Market Strategy
b) Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email marketing, SEO, digital advertising) and traditional (print, radio, events), to increase brand visibility and attract new users.
c) Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
d) Design digital and print marketing materials, including video content, graphic assets, and advertising materials, to support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement.
e) Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
f) Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
g) Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
h) Carry out the marketing function for Panuka farm on the horticulture farming aspects.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

a) Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field. A Degree will be an added advantage.
b) Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
c) Experience in edtech, agritech, or fintech industries is highly desirable.
d) Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
e) Experience in designing digital marketing outputs, including video content and graphic assets, to support marketing campaigns.
f) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
g) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
h) Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software will be a huge advantage.
i) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
