Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Full Time

About Us:

Green Safaris is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director in various marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, managing marketing deadlines, and assisting in the execution of strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Admin:

– Respond to administrative requests on behalf of marketing team

– Manages and streamlines all marketing deadlines and workflow tasks on behalf of the Marketing Director and Marketing Team

 

– Takes notes and allocates meeting actionables to team members on behalf of the Marketing Director

– Maintain and coordinate the Marketing Calendar using the team’s project management software – reminding of upcoming awards, content opportunities, and deadlines.

Campaign Coordination:

– Assist the team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

OTA Management:

– Assisting in ensuring we are optimized on OTA and affiliate platforms & reporting on response rates.

Content Management:

– Contribute to the coordination and completion of marketing collateral

– Maintain and update content on the company’s website, internal drive and ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Social Media Community Management:

– Monitor and engage with the brand’s social media channels.

– Assist Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

– Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

 

– Prepare regular reports based on Marketing Director’s outline summarizing campaign performance, marketing performance and providing actionable insights.

Trade Show Evening Assistance:

– Manage logistics of promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.

Market Research:

– Assist Marketing Director in conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

– Summarize findings and present actionable recommendations to the marketing team.

Collaboration and Communication:

– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.

– Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

 

Proven experience (internship or entry-level) in marketing or a related role.

 

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
