JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure the effective and efficient operational functioning of an allocated Tier 2 province, which includes infrastructure, workforce management, cash management, projects and initiatives, vendor and asset management, etc. in support of Personal and Private Banking (PPB) and Business Clients objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

Field of Study: Business Commerce

Consumer & High Net Worth
8-10 years
Experience in branch and back-office banking. Understands the value chain (e.g., GRES, Procurement, vendor management, etc.). Experience in staff capacity planning and scheduling; productivity principles and practices. Knowledge of all processes and systems. Understands the impact of regulatory changes.
