A Manager Modern Trade will be involved in overseeing relationships and strategies with large retail chains / supermarkets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Overseeing sales teams

2.    Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share

3.    Managing relationships with key clients

4.    Analyzing market trends

5.    Ensuring effective merchandising and promotional activities

6.    Negotiating deals

7.    Optimizing product placements

8.    Maximize sales in these key outlets.

9.    Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and collaborating with various departments to optimize operations and achieve sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade Twelve Certificate
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Diploma in business, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• A degree may be preferred

Experience in FMCG is a must
