LEGAL INTERN

African Panorama Investment Group Limited is a comprehensive group corporation with construction installation, real estate development, and overseas investment as its primary businesses and property management, garden greening, and project ornamentation as its supporting businesses. We are seeking to employ a self- motivated Legal Intern for an initial period of six (6) months.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Drafting legal correspondence with Stakeholders including preparation of pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes
• Knowledge in real estate and construction is an added advantage.
• Bias in corporate law and conveyancing law
• Inter-departmental liaison and advisory
• Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Legal Studies or related field. Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in legal department handling complex or high-volume matters.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
