Job Description
LECTURER (II) IN FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING (ONE FULL TIME POSITION)
PURPOSE: Responsible for teaching, conducting research and carrying out other academic related tasks in the relevant field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five credits including English and Mathematics or equivalent.
- An earned Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance with at least a Credit class from a recognised University.
- An earned Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognised University
- An earned Doctorate degree in the relevant or related field from a recognised University will be an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years teaching/research experience in higher education.
- At least one (1) peer-reviewed publication in recognised journals in the field of specialization.
- The applicant should demonstrate competency in financial modelling and financial reporting.
- Teaching Methodology qualification.
