Job Title: Layer Poultry House Manager

Responsibilities:

– Oversee automated systems for climate control, feeding, and egg collection.
– Ensure optimal conditions for poultry health and productivity.
– Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
– Monitor livestock welfare and implement biosecurity protocols.

– Analyze data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
– Strategize and implement measures to constantly improve performance.
– Supervise personnel and ensure compliance with regulations.

– Understand, plan and implement a complete vaccination schedule for all flocks.

– Planning of new birds placement and purchase.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
– Experience in poultry production, advantage if worked with automated systems.
– Strong problem-solving skills and some basic mechanical aptitude.
– Knowledge of animal welfare and industry regulations.
– Proficiency in data analysis and communication skills.
– Flexibility to work varied hours.
