Job brief

We are looking for Key Account Consultants to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
As a Key Account Consultant, you will be the contact point for all team members and clients within your territory. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals, ensuring teams meet their given sales targets.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and report on performance
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any arising issues or conflicts
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking

Skills and competancies

  • Proven work experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Minimum diploma in any field.
  • Must be based within area of interest

Renumeration fixed salary plus commission.
