Job Description


Responsibilities:

Act as a connection between the Strategic Account Manager, Client Success Partner, clients, and internal departments.
Engage with clients at a professional level to assess their needs.
Inform clients about available services, procedures, and parameters.
Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and management.
Monitor employee productivity, including team leads and team members.
Oversee the orientation of new employees.
Manage staff reprimanding in accordance with the company’s code of conduct.
Track employee attendance and timeliness.
Organize job-related training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

Must be a Zambian national and resident.
2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Sales, Marketing, or Project Management certification (advantageous).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Apple iWork Suite.
Certification in CRM Systems.
