About the role:

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to lead their IT team and ensure the effective management and delivery of IT services. As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire spectrum of IT hardware, software, and network operations for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Identify and propose innovative technologies to enhance business operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to IT policies.
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand their technology needs and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an IT senior staff member or relevant experience, a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Must have worked in POS or ERP. Those with experience in Sage ERP are further welcome.
• Degree or similar level in IT/ Computer Science
• Should be mature-minded, honest, trustworthy and show integrity towards the job.
• Should have leadership qualities and be able to monitor and supervise subordinates.
