We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Immigration and Consultancy Services Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to clients navigating immigration processes and other consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and submit immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently.
Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
Provide consultancy services in areas such as visa applications, residency permits, citizenship applications, and other related matters.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, application statuses, and documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
Represent clients in immigration proceedings, hearings, and appeals when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, International Relations, Political Science) preferred.

Proven experience working in immigration services or consultancy roles, with a deep understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advise and support clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant software and databases for document preparation and case management.
Certification or accreditation in immigration consultancy services (if applicable) is a plus.

Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the clientele served.
