As part of the Finance Team, the ICT Officer will deliver expert technical support and manage IT infrastructure installation and maintenance in line with company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities for ICT Officer Jobs in Lusaka

• ICT Systems Management: Install, support, and maintain ICT infrastructure including desktops, servers, laptops, WAN/LAN, printers, mobile devices, access control systems, and CCTV.
• System Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring to ensure continuous operation of hardware, servers, and voice/data systems.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate is required.

• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Server/Network certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Minimum of two years’ experience providing ICT support, preferably within mining, manufacturing, or remote site environments.
