Position: Human Resources Manager

Soonjust Logistics Zambia Limited is a growing and dynamic logistics company
committed to excellence in transportation and fleet management services. We are
seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
– Maintain employee records and HR documentation
– Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
– Oversee payroll coordination and staff welfare issues
– Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
– Support performance management and staff development initiatives
– Prepare HR reports and assist management with decision-making
Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or
any related field
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (experience in logistics is an added
advantage)
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High level of integrity and confidentiality
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-should be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource
Management (ZIHRM)
-Must be proficient in PAYE, NHIMA ,NAPSA and Payroll counting .
