Role:

The Human Resource Officer will support the organization in managing its workforce and HR processes. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, handling HR documentation, assisting with payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resource or administrative roles
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
