Revin Zambia Limited wishes to invite applications for the position of Human Resource Officer.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

  • Provide HR support and advice to Supervisors and Line Managers in order to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Manage Payroll inputs (end to end) and Payroll related queries.
  • Take part in onboarding and offboarding processes and establishment of associated process flows.
  • Management of leave application and leave passage payments
  • Coordinating all departmental appraisals and performance reviews for staff employees.
  • Evaluating staff needs.
  • Provide an efficient Human Resource service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Perform other duties as required by management from time to time

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 year’s relevant work experience
  • A good knowledge of Zambian labour laws is a prerequisite.
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience is added advantage.
  • Experience in payroll management a must.
  • Member of ZIHRM
