HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER KALUMBILA

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

The responsibilities are but not limited to the following,

Assist with day to day of the Human Resource Functions
Compile and update employee records.
Process documents and prepare reports related to staff, recruitment and headcount
Coordinate human resource related meetings
Attend to employee requests for services.
Any other duties as assigned by the head of department.
MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 certificate
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
A minimum of three years’ experience in human resource management.
A valid driver’s licence
