Grizzly Mining Limited, a leading player in the mining industry, is seeking a qualified and experienced Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join our dynamic team. If you are a skilled professional with a passion for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!
Position: Heavy-Duty Mechanic
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Heavy Equipment Mechanics.
- Must be above 25 years old.
- Possession of a valid silicosis certificate.
- Proven experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on heavy-duty equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various mining machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work off-site as required.
