Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

• Providing strategic direction, aligning the school’s vision and mission with daily operations.
• Marketing and Selling the school to profitable and sustainable levels
• Coordinating all teaching activities, and supervising teaching and general staff
• Participating in recruiting and selecting new teaching and administrative staff.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive and conducive learning environment at the school
•  Evaluating and improving academic programs, curriculum and teaching methods
•  Collaborating with the District Education Board office to drive educational excellence and ensuring compliance with the Government’s educational policies and regulations
• Introducing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and performance
• Building stronger relationships with parents and other stakeholders and maintain an open and effective communication system
•  Developing initiatives to enhance the school’s reputation and presence in the local community.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Qualification and Experience

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate/GCE/Form Five (5)
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• At least Two (2) years’ work experience

• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on educational trends
• Deep understanding of child development and inclusive education practices.

AGE:  Between 30 and 45 years old

Commencement of duty: 1^st January 2026

Background: Strong Christian background and able to work in an Ecumenical Environment.
