VACANCY : Sales Analyst

LEVEL : Senior Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

To support the Home Broadband (HBB) business by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and analytical support to drive sales growth, optimize distribution, and improve market execution.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly Home Broadband sales performance.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for territories and clusters.
• Tracking performance against targets and highlighting gaps with actionable insights.
• Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the HBB business.
• Providing insights on market extraction, trade visibility, and conversion rates.
• Tracking productivity of Sales Executives, Installers, and Channel Partners.
• Monitoring coverage, outlet productivity, and agent performance.
• Providing insights to improve route-to-market strategies and market penetration.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Relevant Experience:

• At least 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Telecommunications or FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
