Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, self-driven and hands-on Graphic Designer who also understands print production to join our team. This role combines design work with operating print machines to deliver high-quality branding and print solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Creating a wide range of promotional graphics for marketing purposes. Design artwork for: Flyers, posters, banners, business cards, stickers, and branding materials
- Develop illustrations and brand identities using necessary software.
- Design and create mock-up for clients to constitute part of sales proposal as and when requested.
- Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, resolution, layouts), including vector files.
- Manage and Operate Paper printer, large format printer, Sublimation printer & Heat press machine.
- Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and finishing standards
- Work closely with clients to understand design requirements
- Manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines
- Do any other tasks as delegated.
- Shall report directly to the Director.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in design too like Adobe suites or CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of print processes and layouts.
- At least 3 years proven experience as graphic designer/print operator.
- Attention to detail and Ability to follow instructions and job cards accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
OUR Offer: K4,000 to 5,500 (based on competence level and commission on production).
