Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at a lodge in Chipata. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations and lodge cleaning standards.
• Assist in laundry duties when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Chipata.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
