Job Description


Overview

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Oversee F&B operations
  • Ensure customers needs are being met – greeting and checking up on patrons during their visit
  • Ensure orders are running smoothly – i.e. no delays in the bar/ kitchen
  • Checking up on items low on stock in both kitchen and bar and replenish stock
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness by ensuring the floor and surfaces are always neat and clean between servings
  • Basic administrative paperwork – on an assistance bases: GRVing stock (goods receiving) – entering stock into the system, assisting with ordering stock/ and follow ups, entering in and participating in stock takes
  • Offer support and guidance to the team: waitresses, barmen, kitchen cooks, scullers, public area attendants.
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Assisting in cashups and POS operations
  • Normal day to day operations of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  1. Atleast 2-3 years work experience in the hospitality sector
  2. Must have a High school diploma, Hospitality certificate, Hotel management or any other suitable equivalent
  3. Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile
  4. Hardworking, energetic and can work long working hours
