Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.

Oversee payables and receivables management.

Perform detailed bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Develop and implement financial controls and efficient accounting processes.

Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Professional accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (or finalist with strong experience).

Minimum 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in management accounts preparation, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech savvy, with proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
