Applications are invited by suitably qualified and experienced people to fill the above-mentioned position that has arisen in the Sales and Marketing Department.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Agronomist, the incumbent will be responsible for farmer engagements and sales volume growth in their respective catchment area.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• • Plan and execute sales and marketing functions under guidance of the Regional Sales Agronomist
  • Advise farmers on good agronomical practices.
  • Engage and market products to farmers on seed sales and varieties.
  • Engage external agencies on seed sales in identified catchment areas.
  • Execute demos, field days and key events under the guidance of the Sales Agronomist.

Desired Skills/Competencies

• Minimum of a Certificate / Diploma in General Agriculture or equivalent qualification
• Member of Agriculture Institute of Zambia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Motor Bike license
