Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production staff, and ensure efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and production activities.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
• Train, motivate, and manage factory staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Maintain production reports and records.
• Collaborate with management to achieve production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Production Management, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
