Cowater is looking to build its pool of experts in anticipation of upcoming development opportunities in Zambia.

We are issuing this call to build a roster of short- and long-term experts with experience in Zambia or similar context.
We are looking for experts who can provide specialist knowledge and expertise relating to each of the following areas:
Policy Analysis, Research, SME Development, Business Advisory Services, Business Enabling Env, Market System Dev, Access to Finance, Market Linkages (access to markets), Value Chain
Technical areas:
SME development
Business advisory services
Business enabling environment
Policy analysis and reform
Market system development
Access to finance
Market linkages
Access to markets
Value chains/supply chains
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of progressively responsible work experience in Zambia or similar context.
Experience with bilateral donor-funded projects preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English
