Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As an Executive Officer you will be responsible for providing a full corporate, Secretarial and administrative services, managing the schedules and communications of key executives in the Company. Also prioritize emails and phone calls, arrange meetings, business events, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide corporate services
- Act as secretary of the committees of the Board
- Be the liaison between the company and external clients
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Board Chairman and CEO
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,law,International relations,Management or a related field.
- Experience in Corporate services will be an added advantage
- Proven experience as an Executive Officer or Corporate services Officer
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in a similar role.

- Experience in handling media and the public sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time Management Skills
- Exceptional organization and time Management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using the computer applications
- Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Detail – oriented with the ability to deliver accurate work within established deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and work demands.
