Executive Chef x1
Purpose of the Role
- To ensure professional food preparation and presentation.
- To maintain hygienic standards in the kitchen environment.
Required Knowledge
- Food production and processing
- Raw materials and Cooking
- Cooking utensils and equipment
Required Attributes
- Organised, Attention to detail and Deadline driven
- Integrity, Initiative and Creative

Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised qualification in Catering and Hotel Management or Chef’s Degree/Diploma.
- 3 – 6 years food preparation experience.
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- National Registration Card (NRC) and COVID -19 Certificate.
