Zambia Tech-Xpo 2023 is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As a Remote Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our event by assisting with marketing activities, particularly in making calls and conducting follow-ups with exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential exhibitors and sponsors to introduce them to Zambia Tech-Xpo 2023 and explain the benefits of participation.

Follow-Up Communications: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about event logistics, pricing packages, and promotional opportunities to interested parties.

Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including call logs, emails, and responses, using our CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional strategies.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from exhibitors and sponsors to help improve the event experience and future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM software.

Prior experience in event marketing or sales is a plus.
