Duties:
-Operate various land conveyance machinery, including tractors, tipper trucks, graders, utility vehicles, and other assigned mobile equipment.
-Perform pre-inspection checklist before use of machinery.
-Ensures that equipment is in working condition before use, with valid road tax/insurance/fitness
-Ensures that all equipment is cleaned after use for the next driver.
-Flags and reports all equipment faults/malfunction to the Supervisor/ maintenance.
-Assist with loading and offloading of goods/materials.
-Adheres to road traffic rules and health and safety regulations.
-Must be able to work night shift

Qualifications:
-Full grade 12 certificate
-Valid Class C1/+TE drivers’ license
-Minimum of 5 years work experience operating graders, tipper trucks, tractors and other farm equipment.
-Experience working on the farm required
-Experience working in a fast paced-24-hour operation preferred
