To support this vision, KCM is recruiting:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in developing and executing security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct enterprise-wide security risk assessments covering physical, cyber, operational, and supply chain risks.
• Supervise security operations across all KCM sites, offices, accommodation, transport, corridors, and critical infrastructure.
• Oversee access control, CCTV, monitoring, biometrics, patrols, drones, and security technological tools/systems.
• Oversee internal intelligence functions to detect fraud, thefts, smuggling, espionage, or sabotage.
• Support crisis response teams in managing incidents.
• Collaborate with Community Affairs, HR, Legal, and Environmental departments to promote responsible mining.
• Supervise, mentor, and train security personnel.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Computer Science or relevant related qualification.
• 10–15 years in security or law enforcement, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Expertise in Corporate Security, Industrial Security, law enforcement, or military service, Risk management, and HR.
• Communication and problem solving skills.
