THE ROLE AND THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Officer to join our team in recovering outstanding debts. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with customers to resolve debt settlement and work closely with internal teams to resolve debt issues.

The Debt Recovery Officer primary role is to successfully recover and manage the collection of outstanding debts from clients in line with the EFC’s policies and procedures and achieve the set percentage of delinquency on PAR 30 and PAR 90 cases.
