Job Description
KEDA Zambia Ceramics Company Limited is a joint venture with presence in West Africa and East Africa and is headquartered in China. Currently KEDA is the world’s biggest ceramic company and clean coal gasification system supplier. With 26 years continuous development, devoting on “limitless innovation and pursuit of better forever”, KEDA has been the leading representative in the ceramic industry in the world.
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to join our Sales and Marketing Team.
Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire order process, from order placement to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with production teams to align order schedule with inventory availability and delivery timeline
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient order processing.
- Utilize company systems and CRM platforms to track orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring that critical orders and customer needs are prioritized.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- A diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
