ABOUT NTEMBA24

NTEMBA24 is a growing fashion retail business focused on great quality, best price and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and performance-driven CRM Assistant Manager to support the CRM Manager in managing daily CRM operations, customer engagement, loyalty and retention activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications or related field.
• Experience in CRM, customer service, sales, retail or call-centre operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of WhatsApp Business, CRM systems and customer data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage KPIs, deadlines and team performance.
• Customer-focused, disciplined and highly accountable.
