Position: Credit Controllers – Paid Internship (X5)
Location: Lusaka

Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking five motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller Interns to join our team. This is a paid internship, and applicants must be recent graduates / new graduates, as the opportunity is designed to provide practical experience in credit control, collections, and financial administration within a dynamic real estate environment. Successful candidates will support the finance team in maintaining efficient credit processes and ensuring smooth client account management.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Assisting in monitoring and managing credit control processes
Following up with clients on monthly payment obligations
Supporting the collection of overdue invoices and payments
Assisting in negotiating payment arrangements with clients
Preparing and updating reports on outstanding accounts

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Must be a recent graduate / new graduate in Accounting or related field (CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma)
Grade 12 Certificate
Basic understanding of accounting and credit control principles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting systems
High level of integrity and attention to detail
